CHOICE OF SPORTS AND/OR SPORTS DISCIPLINE
Your training planning depends on the sport or discipline you practice.
In each sport, muscles used and the way these are used are different.
The first step will be, then, to show which is the sport you practice.
PERIOD OF THE SPORT SEASON
Planning your training according to the sport season is essential, in
order to achieve a maximum efficiency and help you to improve. To make
your personal planning up, you will have to show in each of the following
steps you are now:
HOURS, FREQUENCY, AND TRAINING CYCLE
The Compex training program is progressive and adapted to the amount
of hours in the voluntary training that the sportperson is used to practicing:
for the sportperson training 6 hours or 20 hours. There are up to 5 cycles,
which has to be undergone in a progressive way.
PROGRAM AND COMPLETE PROGRAMS
The Planner will show you a chart with the Priority Program by collecting
all your personal details and it will also show you: the priority muscles
to stimulate, the kind of program most suitable for you (Strength, Explosive
Strength...), the level of the program (from 1 to 5), the number of sessions
per week and the duration of the cycle. Another screen will show with
the aid of photographs ,
the right placement of electrodes in your body and the position of your
body for stimulation.
You will also obtain complete programs for your personal planning, with
the priority, important and secondary muscles -not taken into account
quite frequently -, as well as its corresponding programs (including all

(Priority Program, Complete Program and Electrode Placement) so that you
can always carry them with you in your Compex case.
ACTIVE RECUPERATION AND CAPILLARIZATION
All the instructions for these two programs are detailed, as well as practical
